With the most festive week of Christmas season finally here, it’s time to get the festivities started! For the Christmas parties, events, and family gatherings a signature cocktail is a must at any holiday gathering. Here are some cocktail ideas that are sure to warm up your party. Get in the spirit with these festive recipes.
Cranberry Kringle Cocktail
Cranberry Kringle Cocktail is not only super simple to make; the bold color just cries out Merry Christmas! This cocktail can easily be made in a large batch to serve a crowd. With only 3 ingredients just about anyone can prepare this cocktail in a flash!
3 oz. cranberry juice cocktail
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 oz. vodka
Instructions – Place ingredients in cocktail shaker, shake & serve immediately.
This is a fun and festive Holiday cocktail, it’s fun to make and everyone will feel festive drinking it. Jingle Juice is a very simple Martini to make. Anyone can mix this up, but it is a show stopper with its vibrant color and floating cranberries. If you’d rather serve it over ice you sure can, but there is something great about a martini glass and don’t want the cranberries fighting with ice cubes.
1.5 ounces Midori (green melon liqueur)
1.5 ounces Vodka
3-4 ounces White Cranberry Juice
Instructions: Fill a martini shaker with ice, pour in Midori, Vodka and Cranberry, place chilled Cranberries in martini glass, and pour in Jingle Juice over cranberries.
Raspberry Pomegranate Holiday Punch (Serves 12)
This simple and elegant party punch will receive a round of applause. Your holiday party might have a new signature drink so cheers!
sugar, to rim glasses
4cups ginger ale
4cups pomegranate juice
2cups raspberry sorbet
2cups vodka, (optional)
Instructions: In a large punch bowl pour in ginger ale, juice, vodka, and sorbet. Rim glasses by dipping in extra juice then dipping into sugar. Right before serving toss in seeds.
Pomegranate-Elderberry Gimlets (Serves 6)
A pro entertainer knows that any excuse to throw a party is a good one. So, gather your closest friends, make some snacks and cocktails, and Pomegranate-Elderberry Gimlets!
1cup fresh lime juice, strained – about 8 limes
elderberry liqueur, 1/2 cup elderberry liqueur
pomegranate juice, 1/2 cup pure pomegranate juice
agave syrup, 1/4 cup agave syrup
3tablespoons raw sugar
lime wedges, use for garnish
Instructions: Mix lime juice, gin, elderberry liqueur, pomegranate juice and agave syrup and refrigerate in a covered container up to 24 hours before serving. Chill martini glasses for serving.
